ContentKash is committed to respecting your online privacy and recognizes the need

or other contact information, payment information, and Website passwords. ContentKash
collects and uses your Personal Information which allows us to provide Website
authentication, payment processing, billing, and fraud detection services.

You may access and browse ContentKash's Website without disclosing any Personal

ContentKash, or use a ContentKash product to purchase a product or service online,

enter into ContentKash's Website and billing pages. ContentKash also collects

up-to-date information, and your failure to accurately provide such information could
result in the voiding of your agreement(s) with ContentKash.
Information Use
ContentKash is the sole owner of the information collected through its Website, or
by facsimile, mail, email, or by any other means. We will not sell, share, or rent
this information to third parties, except as set forth in this Privacy Policy. ContentKash
shall release data when required by law, to enforce our agreement(s) with you, or to
enforce the contract rights of our clients.
Information Sharing
ContentKash ensures that your Personal Information will not be disclosed to anyone
other than a government institution or authority when required by law or other regulation,
and the following interested third parties ("Third Parties"):
- ContentKash's affiliated merchant banks and/or card processors as required to process online
transactions;
- Website owners/operators from which you are purchasing goods and services using ContentKash
In addition, ContentKash may disclose your user name, name, address, phone number, and email
address to non-financial companies, such as companies that perform marketing services on
ContentKash's behalf and retailers with whom ContentKash has a contractual relationship
("Nonaffiliated Third Parties") to provide you information, special offers, and promotions.
You may opt-out from these disclosures at any time by following the Opt-Out procedure below.
CHOICE
Personal Information
You may choose whether or not to provide Personal Information to ContentKash. If you choose
not to provide the Personal Information ContentKash requests, you can still visit most of
our Website, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services that involve
our interaction with you. If you chose to have a relationship with ContentKash, such as a
contractual or other business relationship or partnership, you will be required to provide
Personal Information in connection with such relationship in order to maintain that relationship.
Disclosure Opt-Out
If you prefer that ContentKash not disclose non-public Personal Information about you to
Nonaffiliated Third Parties, you may opt out of those disclosures by
directing ContentKash not to make those disclosures (other than disclosures permitted by law).
If you wish to opt out of disclosures to Nonaffiliated Third Parties, you may opt-out at
https://secure.contentkash.com when you login to your ContentKash Account. Please note that this
opt-out process may take up to (30) thirty days to complete.
SECURITY
ContentKash has implemented security policies, rules, and technical measures to protect
the Personal Information that we have under our control from unauthorized access, improper
use or disclosure, unauthorized modification, unlawful destruction, or accidental loss. Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) software is used when receiving and transmitting electronic payments. The
sensitive information that you provide is encrypted. When ContentKash communicates with its
required technology vendors and associated financial institutions, your credit card number
is communicated on a high-grade encrypted and/or private line of communication dedicated
specifically for that purpose.
ContentKash also protects your Personal Information offline. Access to your Personal
Information is restricted. ContentKash's facilities are accessible only through
stringent security clearance procedures. All employees and data processors, who have access
to and are associated with the processing of Personal Information, are obliged to respect
the confidentiality of Personal Information provided by ContentKash customers.
Information is restricted to those employees who need to know your Personal Information
to provide products or services to you. ContentKash conducts background and credit checks
on all of its employees prior to employment. ContentKash also employs a user identity and
password authorization system in order to strictly regulate access to our computer networks
by our employees and Third Parties.
ACCESS/ACCURACY
Access
You may inquire about your Personal Information being held by ContentKash by sending an
email to legal@contentkash.com. Upon meeting
certain security criteria, ContentKash shall
provide you with a copy of the Personal Information that is kept about you. You may be
charged a $25 (US) processing fee to complete the request. Prior to completing your request,
you will be required to provide proof of your identity. ContentKash reserves the right
to refuse any request for information, and it will communicate the reason for its decision
to you.
Accuracy
To the extent that you provide ContentKash with Personal Information, it must be
accurate. Where ContentKash collects Personal Information from you, it is our goal to
provide you a means of contacting us should you need to update or correct that Personal
Information. If for any reason those means are unavailable or inaccessible, you may send
updates and corrections about your Personal Information to
legal@contentkash.com, by
facsimile, or by governmental or private express mail, and all reasonable efforts will be made
to incorporate the changes in your Personal Information as soon as
practicable.
COOKIES
A cookie is data stored in the Website visitor's computer memory and/or hard drive
containing information about the visitor that can only be read by the website that stored
it. ContentKash employs "cookie" technology. ContentKash's website uses cookies to store
personal data, to authenticate you as a Website user, to track ContentKash's affiliate
click-throughs and sign-up rate, and for security purposes. Most browsers are initially
set up to accept cookies. You can set your browser to block cookies entirely, delete

Please note that for ContentKash Identity enabled websites that require an authorization,
cookies are not optional. Users choosing not to accept cookies will most likely not be able
to access those websites where cookies are not optional. Please note again that all of
ContentKash Identity enabled websites require an authorization and use of cookies is
not optional.
THIRD PARTIES
Occasionally, ContentKash receives information from Third Parties to compare information
that you have provided to us for fraud prevention purposes. Any websites displayed to you
by ContentKash's Website as internet search results or linked to internet search results
pages provided to you by ContentKash's Website, including websites owned or operated by
ContentKash's clients, are websites developed by Third Parties over which neither
ContentKash exercises control. Such websites may send their own cookies to end-users,
collect data, or solicit Personal Information from you. ContentKash is not responsible for
the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including such websites' use of any
information collected when you are directed to or click through to such websites. Even though
such information might not identify you personally, you are strongly encouraged to become familiar
with the privacy practices of those websites.
CHILDREN
ContentKash does not request, or knowingly collect Personal Information from children under
the age of (18) eighteen. ContentKash takes specific steps to protect the privacy of children
by making reasonable efforts to ensure that a child's parent or legal guardian has authorized
the collection and/or distribution to Third Parties of a child's Personal Information.
Additionally, to ensure that children's privacy is respected on ContentKash's Website, we
require age verification on every inquiry. Furthermore, ContentKash does not give children
the ability to post messages or otherwise distribute information about themselves on
ContentKash's Website.
POLICY CHANGES
